Hello, friends! Trust you are doing wonderful. I’ve come with another healthcare product this week. I’m happy to share the new products I discover with you all. It’s giving me immense satisfaction as some of you are finding it helpful. So as usual, I’m here today to talk about Good Liver from Nature Sure.

I have introduced a couple of products from Nature Sure to you all before, so you are already familiar with this brand. So, I will be brief with this.
Nature sure is owned by Wet & Dry personal care brand and it offers a range of natural products for the health and wellness of a family.
You get the idea, right?
Now let’s talk about the product I have in my hands.
Nature Sure Good Liver.
This capsule is taken for a healthy liver.
The cost of this is 1179 INR and the bottle contains 90 capsules in it (I’ve counted it, hehe). It is Gluten-free, 100% vegan, Non-GMO, and 100% natural. Check out the product here.
When I saw this I did not understand what GMO is? This is what it is.
GMO stands for Genetically Modified Organism. Basically it means the natural ingredients are genetically altered for the purposes of food production. Hence losing certain nutrients and adding toxic chemicals.
That’s why a Non-GMO mark is so important.
And Good Liver has it. So it’s a good thing.
Ingredients:
The star ingredient of this product is milk thistle. Milk thistle is a proven natural remedy for liver problems. It has several health benefits like protecting your liver, treating skin acne, preventing the decline in brain functions (due to old age), etc,.
Good Liver is claimed to:
- Detoxify liver & remove waste
- Maintain healthy digestion
- Improve liver function
- Prevent liver damages
- Eases liver inflammation
- Prevent hepatic diseases
- Protects the liver against damages due to alcoholic liver diseases and non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases
Generally, this is a safe supplement to take but pregnant women should refrain from consuming it. And before you take in any supplements, not just this, make sure you consult your doctor and get advice on whether it is suitable for you or not.
Directions for use:
- Only for adults
- Not for pregnant women
- People with allergies to any of the ingredients in the product.
The box states, “Take 2 capsules 2 times daily preferably after a meal. That is two in the morning and two in the night. Or take as your physician suggested depending on your condition.”
If it’s me, I would definitely ask for my doctor’s advice first. Do not rush. No matter how good a particular medicine is, one must always make sure it is suitable for their body and condition.

This is a very good vitamin. We need to take better care of our health as we age.

a bit pricey i must say, however it’s an investment for ourselves we need to take.. these caps helps prevent damage due to free radicals, removes pollutants and waste from digestive tract.
