I know we all are extremely health conscious. Some people through exercises and some through diet habits, but nevertheless health is what we all are concerned about. And of course, health is and should be our priority. So do you mind if I make a piece of teeny tiny advice here?
I grew up with parents who are all about health and fitness. My dad is a doctor and my mom is a fitness enthusiast. With them around me, I also gained a tad perspective in that area. And now I’d like to share my knowledge with you.
I’m not someone who believes that vigorous exercises or severe diet patterns are mandatory for being healthy. All you need is a bit of discipline and a wee bit of knowledge in what helps you and what doesn’t.
Our ancestors did not do any of the hardcore exercises that we see today yet they lived healthy and longer lives.
How?
A disciplined lifestyle.
So the thing I’m about to advise is more related to that. “Morning Yoga”.
What do you get out of this Early Morning Yoga?
A bunch of health and lifestyle benefits.
1. A right start to a bright day
The first thing in the morning has an impact on your day. What you prioritize to do will influence the rest of your day. And everybody has a different way to achieve it. Some make their bed, some go for a jog, and some hit the shower. Among many such amazing lifestyle habits, doing an activity like “early morning Yoga” can also be equally, if not more, beneficial.
2. Physical & mental exercise
If you think Yoga is just a physical exercise then you couldn’t be more mistaken. Yoga is a physical and mental exercise. It also gives you peace and mental balance along with physical flexibility. Hence my point is that Morning Yoga maybe the best thing you could add to your daily routine.
You will try it, won’t you?
3. Energy surplus
Do you often feel you ran out of energy by the time you reach midday? I know how terrible it feels. Even for that, a tad bit of morning Yoga might help. You will have this physical and mental energy surplus that will help you breeze through the day.
4. Better sleeping and eating habits
Early morning Yoga also helps those that experience troubled sleep or insomnia. Lack of proper sleep may have serious effects on health, including mental health, so it is very important. And I’m absolutely sure this will help you in more ways than you have known or heard.
And the same goes for your eating habits.
5. For a happy day
My mom and dad both practice Yoga and every time they start their day with Yoga I can see they seem more calm and happy compared otherwise.
In order to become happy, one must achieve mental balance and clarity. Your senses must be awakened. And Morning Yoga is the way to do it.
So it’s better because one must positively start their day. It is said that the best time to do Yoga is in the early hours of the day. 4 pm to 6 pm. Apparently, that is when our minds are still than at any other time and hence the best time to do Yoga.
So, that’s all for today.
What do you think about it? Leave a comment and let me know.
I’ll see you soon again.
Chao!
Lots of LOVE,
Nikki.
