Amidst all the world’s chaos, there are certain things that shouldn’t be overlooked. To name a few — family, love, kindness, and taking care of your soul and body. I know, these might get drowned in the noise around us but we always gotta look out for them.
Speaking of self-care, what better way than using a good product that suits your needs perfectly. You know how I’ve been talking about an Indian brand called Mother Sparsh lately. I got my hands on a bunch of their products and I’m really impressed. The most recent ones are 30 herbs hair oil and Dashmool Hair Lep. Their diverse range of products accompanies me in my self-care routine quite brilliantly.
Oiling your hair regularly is a good practice to get accustomed to. We simply depend on chemicals to nourish our hair because of our busy lives mostly. They do the job instantly and it takes only half the work, so we tend to give in. We hair wash with an extravagant shampoo and conditioner probably filled with chemicals that damage our hair and we think we did enough.
I feel you. I’m no different. I hardly oil my hair once a month. But we’re all aware of the truth, if we want lasting results we must indulge in a healthy routine.
When I was in school, my mom used to oil my hair every day, except for the weekends. And to think now, that was the time when my hair was long and healthy.
But it is a bit impractical now so I suggest at least once a week. Coming to the 30 herbs hair oil from Mother Sparsh, I quite like it.
Oils are supposed to bring nourishment to our hair. Although strangely, some of the oils out there that are meant to nourish end up leading to more hair fall. So my primary concern was if this 30 herbs hair oil can overcome that issue.
Mother Sparsh Hair Care Review:
30 herbs hair oil is a 100% Ayurvedic product. The key ingredients of which are Bhringraj, Japapush, Shikakai, and Brahmi. I applied it on my hand first and it induced a wee bit of heat. It felt warm against the skin, which is pleasant.
The oil also has an invigorating aroma, like it awakened all my senses. It wafted all over the room and it stayed like that for quite a while. Ergo you can imagine how aromatic your hair can be after applying it.
And to address my main concern, the hair fall, I didn’t see much. It is stickier than the other regular oils I used. My hair felt smooth and frizz-free after the hair wash. So it’s a great one overall. It checks all the boxes.
The price of this hair oil on Mother Sparsh official website is 539 rupees for 200 ml. Compared to the most basic of hair oils, it is considered to be expensive. But weighing up my experience and what this product has to offer, I suggest you give this a chance.
Step two of Mother Sparsh Hair Care:
The second and final step of this intense hair treatment is the Dashmool hair pack, which also costs about 539 rupees (contains 100g of product).
Again, a 100% Ayurvedic. This is meant to especially help post-pregnancy hair loss. Dashmool hair lep is an ancient homegrown ayurvedic recipe that helps maintain a healthy scalp and hair.
The ingredients Dashmool contains are Methi, Tejpatra, Triphala, Tulsi, Shikakai, Mulethi, Brahmi, Bakuchi, Curry Leaf, Japa, and Dashamoola. This hair lep is more like a therapy rather than a chemical-induced cosmetic product.
How to use Mother Sparsh Hair Lep:
Take the required amount of the powder and mix it with water or curd to make a fine paste. The consistency is different, and better, from the usual creamy hair packs we’ve always used. Now apply the paste all over your scalp until the ends of your hair.
Keep it on for half an hour and rinse it off with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo. The product has a cooling effect which is really pleasant. My hair felt soft and bouncy after the shower.
Dashmool Hair Lep claims to solve issues like damaged and dull hair, premature greying, and hair loss.
Except for premature greying, I can definitely see it working well with the rest. I can definitely see less hair fall. I believe, with consistent use Dashmool can help your hair get better. Maybe in the long run it can also help premature grey hair but you have to find it out yourself.
Our preferences and tastes are different, so I can only ask you to give this a try as I failed to see any reason to not like these products.
I give both the products a four out of five.
Hope your search for a good hair care treatment ends here. Comment your thoughts.
I’ll see you soon again.
Much love,
Nikki.
