Long back, I saw a series where a character quotes ‘ Wear good shoes as they will take you to good places’. How wonderful, right? If that’s any true, what could be more important than work shoes? And since then, every time I shop for footwear I remember those words and put a little more thought into my shopping. And I feel confident and happy when I wear a good pair of shoes. But normal is boring, normal is too… normal. Yet don’t underestimate the creativity of humans. We always come up with the quirkiest of ideas and yet make it a huge success. And footwear is certainly not exclusive of our creativity.

Each one of us has at least once wondered about having a versatile wardrobe, about changing their style a bit. But when it comes to our footwear, especially work shoes, we often overlook it. So, for a change, let’s do things a little differently this time.

Here are some of the quirky work shoes for women and yes, they are amazing.

Our first is going to be something Indian.

Hand Painted Kolhapuri Chappals 

You might have heard about Kolhapuri chappals. Yep, they are great, and with a bit of a twist, we have hand-painted Kolhapuris in the quirkiest ways we can imagine. These will perfectly go well with both Indian and western outfits, and for both, work and casual occasions. 

Printed Sneakers

Sneakers are usual, but what about printed sneakers? They change your entire appearance. You can get doodled sneakers or digitally printed ones or even hand-painted ones. Once you make up your mind, the options are limitless. 

In case if you think the colors are too loud, then you can also go with black and white prints. They are sober yet eye-catching.

Sparkly shoes

We girls love sparkles. It seems special and pretty. Then why not add it to our footwear as well. You can sprinkle a bit of your fairy dust everywhere you go. Too much? Nah.

This will be too pretty not to wear for an office party. 

Color popping flats

Who wouldn’t love a pop of vibrance that brightens up any day? If Flip Flops or flats are too basic for you, then try those that look like a multi-colored lollipop. Flats are not just flats anymore. 

Embroidered Jutis

Indian Jutis are always so comfortable and so beautiful. We all have one such pair in our shoe racks but have you ever had embroidered Jutis?. They notch up elegance and beauty.

Boho moccasins

And our last style is boho. It’s been here for a while now, and we all have welcomed it with much love. And a boho style moccasin is something to try at least once. If it clicks with your vibe, then you are sure to leave a great impression on anyone you meet as I have heard that when we meet someone, the first thing we notice is their footwear. So make sure you do your best.
